It's only a few weeks until the beginning of 2012 and it will kick off with Victoria hosting a number of conferences in Melbourne and Ballarat. Don't worry Sydneysiders, I'm sure that we'll be able to steal them away in the future -- we've already managed to borrow Melbourne's weather this week, so that's a start.
